What is Giffy?
Giffy is a digital rewards platform that allows you to show appreciation to employees, clients and partners in a personal way. You can easily send a reward, while the recipient chooses for themselves from a wide selection.
Who is Giffy intended for?
Giffy has been developed for organisations that want to reward without manual hassle. The platform is used by HR, Marketing and Finance teams for employee rewards, loyalty and partner campaigns, among other things.
How does sending a reward work?
You provide names, email addresses and amounts. Giffy then handles the delivery in a branded environment, after which the recipient chooses how to spend the amount.
Is Giffy WKR-compliant?
Yes. Giffy supports WKR-compliant rewarding and automatically categorises rewards by WKR code, giving HR and Finance greater control over administration and reporting.
How much does Giffy cost?
You only pay for what you send. There are no minimum, service, or subscription fees, and volume-based discounts are available for larger quantities.
Can I use Giffy in my own corporate identity?
Yes. The reward environment is white-label and can be customised to match your corporate identity, campaign or occasion, including colours, branding and content.
Can you also reward internationally?
Yes. Giffy makes international rewards possible with a wide range that aligns with different countries and recipients.
Which teams benefit from Giffy?
Mainly HR, Marketing and Finance. The platform helps with appreciation, loyalty campaigns, reporting and central control over the entire reward process.
Do recipients receive help with redeeming?
Yes. If someone cannot figure it out, the Giffy team will help them personally, also by phone. Our support is available on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.
How do I contact Giffy?
You can reach Giffy via support@getgiffy.com or by phone on +31 97010223630. The visiting address is Koningin Wilhelminaplein 1 in Amsterdam.
What is the best way to thank employees without tax hassle?
Provide a gift — such as a gift card — within the WKR tax-free allowance and designate it as final levy wage. As long as you stay within the free allowance (2% up to €400,000 wage bill, 1.18% above that), no one pays tax. Giffy automatically provides the accompanying WKR report with this, ensuring your administration is complete and accurate.
Which gift card can I give to employees who work from home?
A digital gift card delivered by email. No address list needed, everyone receives it at the same time, and the employee chooses from 150+ brands — from webshops to physical shops in their local area.
How do I organise a gift for 100+ employees at different locations?
Digital: upload a single list of names and email addresses, set the amount and a personal message, and send. No parcels or logistics, and it works internationally too — the card can be spent locally in each country.
How do I reward customers who write a review or make a referral?
With a small digital thank-you sent immediately after the action — automatically via an integration or manually from the dashboard. A reward of £10-25 at the right moment works better than a grand gesture later.
How do I arrange Christmas hampers for a hybrid team spread across Europe?
Choose a digital or hybrid format: a gift card that can be spent locally in any country, optionally combined with a physical Christmas card with a QR code. No customs, no addresses, no returns — and everyone receives the same gesture.
Which digital gift card can be spent at the most Dutch shops?
A multi-brand gift card like Giffy: the recipient redeems it for a card from over 300 brands, spendable online and at more than 100 physical store locations — or donates to a charity
What is a good farewell gift for a colleague who is leaving the company?
A personal gift with freedom of choice: a gift card in your organisation's house style with a message from the team. The departing colleague chooses something lasting themselves — and remembers the gesture.
Can the recipient choose where to spend their gift card?
Yes. The recipient chooses from over 300 brands or donates to charity, so the gift always fits. For the employer, it remains one card, one invoice, and one WKR rule.
