As an HR or marketing manager, I know the feeling all too well.

A giving occasion is on the horizon: an anniversary, an unexpectedly good quarter, a team achievement that deserves to be celebrated. And I have no idea where to start. There is usually no time, the budget changes occasionally, and the wishes of colleagues vary greatly. This is precisely where Giffy proved to make the difference for me.

No endless preliminary stages

With previous suppliers, I spent weeks negotiating before a proposal was even on the table. Account managers who had to go back to their back office, documents going back and forth, and in the meantime, the deadline was approaching. With Giffy, I deal directly with people who can make decisions themselves. A question on Monday means a concrete proposal on Tuesday.

Thinking along instead of ticking boxes

What surprised me most was how much Giffy actually thought along with us. Not "here is our standard package", but questions like: what do you want to achieve with this moment, who is receiving it, and how much freedom of choice is appropriate. When I wanted to combine a last-minute regional campaign with a national Christmas gift, Giffy came up with a set-up in which both goals came together, without me having to map it out myself.

Flexibility that goes beyond speed

Speed is great, but for me, it is also about adaptability. A change in quantities, a different momentum, adding an extra brand: with Giffy, that does not have to be a whole new process. It feels like I am working with an extension of my own team, not with an external party that I have to brief from scratch every single time.

The result

For me, this means: no more missed giving opportunities because the process was too slow, and no more settling for a standard solution that does not quite fit. Giffy thinks along, acts quickly, and makes me feel as a customer that every moment, big or small, gets the attention it deserves.
