TL;DR — In 30 seconds
Giffy started as a strong digital platform — but clients don't want the same thing every year.
That is why Giffy is growing into a complete offering: working together with partners to find the solution that truly fits.
Not a standard solution from a catalogue, but a conversation about what you want to project and which moments matter.
Non-negotiable: quality and experience. Every gift must feel as though it was genuinely thought through.
Giffy started as a strong digital platform, and it still is. But to be honest, that was also its immediate limitation. In this blog post, I explain why we are growing into something bigger — and what is non-negotiable for me.
💡 Why Giffy is writing this
Giffy builds gift card infrastructure for businesses. We believe in a transparent chain — from issuer to recipient. This blog post shows how we adapt to what our partners truly need.
The limitation of a single format
Clients don't want the same thing every year. They are looking for a solution that truly fits their organisation, their people, and that specific moment. And if someone chooses a digital reward one year and prefers to hand over something tangible the next, I want to be able to move with them as a partner. Previously, that wasn't always possible, and that didn't feel right.
From platform to complete offering
That is why Giffy is now growing into something bigger: a complete offering where we work together with clients — or rather, partners — to find the solution that really connects. Not a standard option from a catalogue, but a conversation. What do you want to project as an organisation? What suits your people? Which moments in the year are important to you?
Based on those questions, we build an offering together. That could be a digital reward, but also a curated gift box, an atmospheric Christmas hamper, or even a fully organised Christmas market for the team. The format follows the feeling you want to convey.
Quality and experience: non-negotiable
What is absolutely non-negotiable for me is quality and experience. There is no point in having a wider offering if it doesn't improve the experience for the recipient. Precisely because we now deliver more bespoke solutions, we place higher demands on what we offer. Every gift, every package, every experience must feel like it has been genuinely thought through.
For me, this is the logical next step for Giffy. We were already good at facilitating rewards. Now we are truly becoming partners in creating experiences — all year round, for every moment that matters.

Frequently asked questions
Is Giffy only a digital platform?
No. Giffy started digitally and still is, but it is growing into a complete offering: from digital rewards to curated gift boxes, Christmas hampers, and even an organised Christmas market.
Does Giffy work with standard packages?
Not by default. We have a conversation about what you want to project and build a suitable offering based on those questions — bespoke solutions instead of a fixed catalogue.
What comes first for Giffy when it comes to bespoke solutions?
Quality and experience. A wider offering only makes sense if the recipient's experience is improved; every gift must feel like it has been genuinely thought through.
